Building

Guests are expected to follow the ARTEE 380 building rules posted throughout the property, including rules for the rooftop pool, jacuzzi and lounge.

Parking: Parking is not available in the building. Street parking and nearby public parking options may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.
Construction: Construction or renovation work may occasionally take place in other units within the building, which could result in intermittent daytime noise.
Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers cleaning after departure. Additional housekeeping during your stay may be available upon request for an additional fee.
