Seasonal nightly rates
Every night is priced at its own seasonal rate, so a stay that crosses two seasons is calculated night by night.
Extended stays of 28 nights or more are welcome — email [email protected] and we'll put together a quote.

Rates apply to the 2026–2027 seasons and are quoted in US dollars per night.
Stays that cross seasons are priced night by night. Extended stays of 28 nights or more are welcome; please inquire for longer stays.

Before you book
- Parking
- Parking is not available in the building. Street parking and nearby public parking options may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Construction
- Construction or renovation work may occasionally take place in other units within the building, which could result in intermittent daytime noise.
- Housekeeping
- The cleaning fee covers cleaning after departure. Additional housekeeping during your stay may be available upon request for an additional fee.
- Building Rules
- Guests are expected to follow the ARTEE 380 building rules posted throughout the property.
